What's included with my rental?
Paddleboards: Included--inflatable Atoll iSUP, with leash, paddle, life vest, hand pump, repair kit, comfortable travel bag. Tandm Boogie Boards: Included-inflatable boogie board for two, hand pump, bag.
How does the delivery process work?
1. Choose your rental length (3 days, 7 days, 10 days or 14 days). 2. The start date is the day you arrive. Delivery will most likely happen by end of day. 3. You ship back your board the day after your rental period ends. Example-if you rent for 3 days--you'll need to return it the 4th day. 4. To return, simply put everything back in the box, affix the shipping return label and drop off at ----. 5. What if you want to extend your time or even buy the board outright? No problem! Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call/text 531-229-1040.
What does the damage protection cover?
Adding the damage protection to your rental covers your paddleboard or boogie board against any kind of accidental damage that might happen during your rental period. This includes a tear, dings, scratches, punctures, broken fins, broken leash, broken paddle, etc. If your board is damaged during the rental period--the cost of repair/replacement is covered if damage protection was added to the rental at checkout. If damage protection is not added the person listed on the rental order/agreement is responsible for covering any and all costs associated with repair/replacement within 7 days of the end of rental period. Damage protection does not cover theft or loss. Damage protection cannot be added after the rental period begins.
