Intro to SUP Class

Class days & times:

Wednesday: 6pm-7pm
Saturday: 8am-9am, 9am-10am

Holmes Lake (South Shore)

Pricing:

Rental SUP included: $30
Bring your own board: $15

*Class minimum of at least 2 guests. If not met class will cancel and offer rebook or refund.

Info:

You’ll learn the basics of how to SUP from certified instructors who work with paddlers of all ability levels. When the class is over, you’ll feel confident enough to paddle on your own, and you’ll be able to rent a board and head out on the water without instruction.

  • We start with safety and board and paddle overviews and then demonstrate paddling technique.

  • We cover basic forward and reverse strokes, turns, and, if you’re up for it, a preview of advanced moves.

  • The session includes all needed equipment (paddleboard, paddle, and PFD) and certified instruction. 

SUP Fitness Class

Class days & times:

Wednesday: 7pm-8pm
Saturday: 10am-11am

Ditch the gym and join us on the water for this full body workout. You'll receive personalized instruction for every fitness level. We'll strengthen muscles, improve balance, burn calories, and have fun.

The session includes all needed equipment (paddleboard, paddle, and PFD) and certified instruction.
