Ditch the gym and join us on the water for this full-body workout. SUP Yoga is a fun combination of paddleboarding and yoga. This class focuses on full-body movements and poses to improve strength and balance. It's an excellent way to experience nature, practice mindfulness, and unwind.

About the event
SUP Yoga is a fun combination of paddleboarding and yoga. Holmes Lake -South Shore Drive (Golf course entrance)-follow road to the main boat dock and park near. We launch from the sandy shore area. Look for blue flag sign!
