You’ll learn the basics of how to SUP from certified instructors who work with paddlers of all ability levels. When the class is over, you’ll feel confident enough to paddle on your own, and you’ll be able to rent a board and head out on the water without instruction.
SUP Yoga is a fun combination of paddleboarding and yoga. This class focuses on full body movements and poses to improve strength and balance. It's an excellent way to experience nature, practice mindfulness, and unwind.
